Pellet’s winemaking journey began in Switzerland with his father, followed by studies in enology and viticulture and ventures in Spain, Germany, and Napa Valley. Joining Pepper Bridge in 1999 as Winemaker and later a partner, he found Walla Walla’s grape-growing environment uniquely compelling. His success with Pepper Bridge’s Bordeaux-style wines led to a partnership with Amavi Cellars in 2001, applying his winemaking skills to focus on Syrah and Sémillon. Pellet’s legacy thrives through continuous collaboration with vineyard managers, ensuring hands-on involvement in every aspect, from monitoring vine health to berry tasting. His commitment to tradition and excellence defines his influence in winemaking.
