Kassidy “Kass” Barberich began her journey with Walla Walla Steak Co. in 2023 and quickly rose through the ranks to become General Manager in 2025. Drawn to the company’s strong values, welcoming culture, and commitment to excellence, she is passionate about building and supporting a motivated team that delivers exceptional service while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. Kassidy takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and developing future leaders within her team.

Before joining Walla Walla Steak Co., Kassidy held several leadership roles in the hospitality industry, including with Honolulu Coffee Company, where she gained extensive experience managing high-volume operations and guest-focused teams.

A Walla Walla native, Kassidy has deep roots in the community. She and her husband, who recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, enjoy spending time with their large families and caring for their part-time pet – a neighborhood cat named Shadow. Known for always having snacks, chocolate, and a caffeinated beverage on hand, she also loves reading, DIY home projects, and planning her next escape to the beaches of Hawaii.
